If you’re using a Concierge Template, you’ll have an Author role on your website. This means you’ll be able to:

• Write and edit blog posts — perfect for sharing updates, events, or member success stories
• Upload and manage images for your posts

You won’t be able to edit pages or change the website layout — our team handles all of that for you to ensure everything stays consistent, polished, and optimized.

If you ever need changes beyond blog posts, you can simply submit a request through our support system, and we’ll take care of it for you.
