Tip of the Week #40- How to Troubleshoot your Calendars

In this week’s Gym Lead Machine tip, we’re showing you a super helpful feature built right into your Calendars that makes it easy to figure out why availability isn’t showing the way you expect.

🛠️ How to Use the Troubleshoot Calendar Tool:

  1. Go to Calendars in your GLM dashboard.
  2. Click on Calendar Settings and find the calendar you want to investigate.
  3. Look for the “Troubleshoot Calendar” button and click it.

This will pull up a visual view of the calendar—similar to what your contacts see when they’re booking a session. When you hover over any date, you’ll see a breakdown of available and unavailable time slots.

  • If a time slot is blocked off, it’ll tell you why—like a manual block or a synced calendar conflict.
  • If it’s already booked, it’ll show that too.

This tool makes it easy to understand and fix availability issues quickly—so you can keep those leads rolling in!
