March 2025 Newsletter
{{contact.first_name}}, let’s make plans for summer!
The warmer months aren’t far away, so I want to brief you on two ways we can help you after the seasons change.
I want you to get out and enjoy some time off without losing any of the momentum you’ve earned in training.
I also want to help you keep your kids moving and smiling when school is out.
Kids Programs
If you’re looking for ways to keep your young ones busy in June, July and August, consider our summer programs for kids.
Our goals are to get young ones off their screens, help them learn about fitness, introduce them to new friends and put smiles on their faces. We emphasize fun so kids learn to love movement.
“Fun” is defined differently as kids age, so with younger children we build motor patterns with play, games and fun activities they really enjoy. Think obstacle courses, hula hoops and balloons.
With teens who are setting performance goals or looking to make the team next year, we teach them more advanced skills and provide a foundation for long-term athletic development. Fun for this crowd often involves mini competitions, challenges and physical testing.
The long and the short of it: We tailor our programs to make sure kids learn to love fitness and leave smiling (and tired—we know that helps parents out).

Travel and Holidays
For adults, we don’t want you to lose any momentum when you’re off work. Your health and fitness goals are important, so we’ll help you stay moving even if you’re enjoying much-deserved time away from the office.
If you’re booking a vacation, let’s talk about a fitness plan now. We can put together a high-speed, low-drag program you can do with minimal equipment or no equipment at all. You tell us what you have access to and how much time you have, and we can create a plan that will keep you moving toward your goals.
For example, if you’re driving across the country and have room in the trunk for a 35-lb. kettlebell, we can crank out 20-minute roadside workouts that will get the blood flowing.
Or maybe you’re flying somewhere and will be packing light. No problem. We can create body-weight workouts you can do in a park.
We can even tailor workouts to your family so everyone gets moving.
Here’s the mistake some people make: They take time off work and let their fitness habit fade. That can make it tough to get back on track when the holidays end. It’s way better to keep moving, and you do not have to sacrifice your precious down time. If you take a week off, just three 20-minute workouts will do wonders but won’t eat up hours you should spend relaxing.
If you need a “road-warrior fitness plan” or deck, dock or beach workouts, we’ve got you covered.
