How to Add a Booking Link to Your Google My Business Page Using Gym Lead Machine

Step 1: Check Your Google My Business Listing

  • Start by searching for your gym on Google. If there's a "Book Online" button visible, you’re all set. If not, you’ll need to enable it through Gym Lead Machine.

Step 2: Integrate Your Google Account

  • Log in to your Gym Lead Machine account.
  • Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
  • Here, make sure your Google account is connected. If it’s not, follow the prompts to integrate it.

Step 3: Set Up Google Organic Booking

  • Go to Calendars in the Gym Lead Machine menu.
  • Click on Calendar Settings and then Connections.
  • Look for the “Google Organic Booking” option and you’ll find a toggle to enable or disable this feature.

Step 4: Enable Booking on Google

  • Once enabled, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the booking link to show up on your Google My Business page. Sometimes it happens faster, but it’s good to give it a couple of days.
  • Select the calendar or group you want to appear for booking on your Google page. For example, if you have a "No Sweat Intro" session, make sure it's selected and set to appear on your Google listing.

Step 5: Confirm Your Setup

  • After selecting your preferred group, it should link directly to your calendar where potential clients can see availability and book their No Sweat Intro.
