Athlete Package "Cancel Early" Status

We’ve just made managing cancelled packages more transparent and user-friendly.

You can now see both the cancellation date and the package end date directly within the Athlete account. This small but powerful update gives you clearer insight into the Athlete's membership history.

What’s New?

📅 Cancellation Date

Quickly see when a package was canceled, which is helpful for tracking changes or resolving billing questions.

Package End Date

Know exactly when the canceled package will stop providing access, so there are no surprises.

‼️Rollover Credits

Rollover Credits will still be accessible if the package is canceled, regardless of the Rollover credit period (i.e. never ends, limited to a specific number of weeks).

Cancel Package Early 

You may also quickly view the status of a Package including those packages which are set to cancel early.

In the Packages tab, Packages will include the following statuses:

    • Active
    • Upcoming
    • Hold
    • Canceling


When an 'active' or 'upcoming' package is set to cancel early, a secondary status (canceling) will be added next to the primary status.


In the Current Packages column, under the General Info tab, the new 'canceling' status will also be included.
