Optional WodUp Integration

Kilo has partnered with WodUp for best-in-class athlete tracking for gyms! Following a free 30-day trial, WodUp costs just $9 per week if you sign up with WodUp through Kilo.

When WodUp and Kilo are integrated, Athletes who are activated in both platforms will have a "Workout Instructions" link below the Programming.

When clicked, this link will open the WodUp app where the Athlete can view the full workout details, log their score, and utilize all of the available features in WodUp.
