Athlete Status History

On the front page of each Athlete Profile is a Status History report. Here, you can see the date or date range of any status change particular to the athlete.


Athlete Status in Kilo is updated one of two ways:

  1. By the "Status Upon Start" and "Status Upon End" fields in the package builder
  2. By manually updating the status in the athlete's profile

Manually Update Athlete Status

  1. To manually change the status of an athlete select the "+ Manage Status" button as shown in the screenshot above.
  2. On the pop-up that appears, select the new status for the athlete. Kilo offers a variety of status options:

  3. Then, select the Start Date for that status.

  4. Statuses can also be edited or deleted to assist with correcting accidental status changes.

If you have opted for Packages to make "No Change" to athlete status at the start or end of the Package, you will make use of this report in order to update status as athletes become Members or Alumni in the system.
