Tip of the Week #21- How to use our Free Resources

We just dropped a pretty cool guide in the design library—a customizable Pumpkin Protein Cake carousel for Instagram. This little guide here will help you take that template, make it your own, and get it up on Instagram with a strong call-to-action, all using Gym Lead Machine.

First things first, head over to Kilo’s design library, scroll to the bottom, and you’ll spot the new Pumpkin Protein Cake carousel template. Click on it, and it’ll open up in Canva. Once you’re in, start by swapping out the Kilo logo for your gym’s logo. Just click on the Kilo logo, delete it, and then upload your logo, resizing it to fit just right. Once you’re happy with how it looks, go to the top-right corner in Canva and download it as a PNG file. Now you’ve got a custom design ready to roll.

Next up, you’ll want to upload these images to Gym Lead Machine. Jump into the media storage section in Gym Lead Machine and hit the upload button to add your new carousel images. Now, to actually create the Instagram carousel post, go to the marketing tab and start a new post, making sure to choose Instagram as the platform. In the media library, select each image in the order you want them to appear as a seamless carousel on your feed.

For the caption, if you’re using Gym Lead Machine’s AI copywriting tool, type in some relevant keywords like "pumpkin protein," and let it suggest a few catchy options for you. Or, you can write your own, adding a call-to-action like, “Link in bio for our Pumpkin Protein Cake recipe guide!” It’s simple, but it directs people exactly where you want them to go.

If you’re using a Linktree or something similar, make sure the link you put in your bio has a parameter like unbeatenfitnesspuckett.com/free-intro-social. This type of link is great because it gathers the visitor’s info before letting them proceed, which can be a game-changer for capturing leads.

When everything looks good, go ahead and hit post (or schedule it if you’re planning ahead). Refresh your Instagram page, and you should see the carousel show up on your feed.

Using this new Kilo resource is a simple way to get a polished, branded carousel on your Instagram, and setting up that social link in Linktree will help you connect with more people.
