Choose a Workflow Goal: What do you want the workflow to achieve? Example: Send different SMS messages based on the recipient being a lead or a customer.
Click ‘Go’: Workflow AI will start working, and in just a few moments, it will lay out a step-by-step guide for your workflow.
- Example Setup:
  - Step 1: Define the trigger for the workflow.
  - Step 2: Add a conditional branch (like customer vs. lead).
  - Step 3: Set up the unique messages for each contact type.
Follow the Steps: It’s really intuitive. Just follow along as it gives you instructions to create your workflow.

Don’t use Workflow AI to modify the pre-built workflows that Kilo has already set up for you. These are optimized for managing your leads effectively, and messing with them could disrupt your operations.
Use this feature for creating new workflows or making careful improvements where needed.
