How to Find Your Call Report in Gym Lead Machine

Here’s a quick and simple guide to help you find your call reports in Gym Lead Machine.

Step 1: Start at Your Dashboard

Once you're logged into Gym Lead Machine, go to your dashboard. This is where you’ll find all your main options.

Step 2: Head to the Reporting Section

Look to the left-hand side for the navigation menu. Scroll through until you find "Reporting" and click on it.

Step 3: Click on the Call Report Tab

At the top of the reporting section, there’s a tab called "Call Report." Go ahead and click that.

Step 4: Check Out Your Call Report

Here’s what you’ll see:

• All incoming and outgoing calls made through Gym Lead Machine.
• Call status filters so you can see things like first-time calls, missed calls, and completed calls.
• Call sources to show you where the calls are coming from.
• Full call history at the bottom, with details like who called, when they called, and how long the call lasted.

This is the easiest way to track your call traffic and make sure everything is being handled right.
