How to Properly Cancel a Client in Gym Lead Machine
In this week's tip, we're going to cover a super simple way to cancel a client inside Gym Lead Machine.

The One Step to Cancel a Client
To cancel a client, you only need to do one thing—add a special tag. Yep, it’s that easy!
Example: Cancelling Kevin
Let’s say Kevin has decided to move on. All we need to do is add the tag "Fitness Cancelled Client" to his profile. Adding this tag triggers an automation that takes care of the rest for you.
What Happens Next?
Once the tag is added, the automation kicks in and does a few things:
- Reactivation Campaign: We’ll try to win Kevin back by adding him to a reactivation campaign.
- Alumni Tag: He’ll get marked as an alumni.
- Remove Client Tags: Any tags that no longer apply, like client tags, will be removed.
- Cancel Reminders: We’ll take him out of any appointment reminders or workflows.
- Send a Goodbye Email: He’ll receive a farewell email.
- Update Contact Info: Kevin’s status will change from "Customer" to "Lead."
And that’s it! One quick tag, and Gym Lead Machine handles the rest.
