Utilizing Rollover Credits in Kilo

Enabling Rollover Settings in Packages allows credits to rollover. If a credit dispensation expires with unused credits, a new credit dispensation will be created for the remaining credits.

Enable Rollover Credits in a new package by clicking the Rollover Settings drop-down and changing the field from 'Off' to 'On."

Enable Rollover Credits in existing packages by clicking the blue action button in the Package list and selecting View. When the Package information opens, select Edit Package, then Enable.

Important Note for enabling Rollover Credits for existing packages:
These changes will not modify packages attached to athletes in the ENDED, CANCELLED, ACTIVE, or HOLD states. These changes will be applied to UPCOMING packages, renewals, and new packages.
UPCOMING packages will be deleted and reapplied to reflect the new rollover settings unless certain  *billing events have occurred. This will cause all reservations linked to the upcoming package to be removed!
*Billing events: invoices generated from this package are Paid, Pending, Refunded, or Refund Pending

Once Rollover Settings are turned 'On,' additional fields will appear.

  1. Select if the Rollover Credits will or will not expire.
    1. This setting controls the expiration date of the new credit dispensation. The dispense date will be directly after the original credit dispensation's expiration date.
  2. Select the number of credits which will be allowed to rollover.
    1. You may select 'Unlimited' for all unused credits to rollover.
    2. Alternatively, enter the limited number of credits that may rollover per your gym's policies.
