Tip of the Week #12- Missed Call Text Back

In this week's tip, I want to share a feature that's a little hidden but super useful. It’s called Missed Call Text Back, and it's something you might not know is available.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to Settings: Head over to your Gym Lead Machine settings.
  2. Select Business Profile: Scroll down to the bottom of your Business Profile page.
  3. Look for Missed Call Text Back: You’ll see a box labeled "Missed Call Text Back."

When you enable this feature, it automatically sends a text message a few minutes after a missed call. So, if someone calls your gym and no one answers, they’ll get a text from you.


For example, you can customize the message to say something like:

"Hey [First Name], this is Jordan from [Your Gym]. We noticed we missed your call. How can we assist you?"


Once you’ve entered your message, just hit save. You can even test the feature right there to see what the text will look like when it’s sent.It's a small but powerful tool that can help you stay on top of missed calls and improve your gym’s customer service!
