How to Create a Round Robin Calendar in GLM

Step 1: Setting up a Round Robin Event

  • To create a Round Robin event in Gym Lead Machine, go to the Calendar Settings page and click on the Create Calendar icon. From the options, select "Round Robin" to get started.

Step 2: Adding Team Members

  • You can add multiple team members to the Round Robin calendar. This feature allows you to distribute appointments among your team members based on the chosen distribution logic.

Step 3: Distribution Logic

Gym Lead Machine provides two ways to automate the assignment of meetings in Round Robin calendars:

  • Optimize for Availability: This setting prioritizes scheduling appointments based on the availability of team members, ensuring that time slots are filled as efficiently as possible.
  • Optimize for Equal Distribution: This setting ensures that appointments are evenly distributed among all team members, balancing the number of appointments each member receives.
