Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Store in Gym Lead Machine

1. Setting Up Payment Processing

Step 1: Connect Your Payment Account

  • From the Gym Lead Machine dashboard, navigate to Payments.
  • Go to Integrations in the navigation menu.
  • Integrate your preferred payment method.
    • For example, if you use Stripe, register your Stripe account.
    • If you don't have a Stripe account, follow the prompts to create one. If you already have a Stripe account, log in to sync everything.

2. Adding Products for Sale

Step 2: Create Products

  • In the Payments tab, go to Products.
  • Click Create Product.
  • Enter the product name (e.g., "Water Bottle").
  • Upload a product image.
  • Set the price (e.g., $1.00).
  • Click Save.
  • Repeat the process for additional products (e.g., "Shirt Number 1" for $20, "Shirt Number 2" for $20, "Shirt Number 3" for $25).

3. Creating a Store

Step 3: Set Up Your Store

  • Navigate to Sites.
  • Click on the new Stores tab at the top.
  • Click the blue + Store button.
  • Name your store (e.g., "Unbeaten Fitness Store").
  • The system will create all five pages needed for your store, from the product list to the thank you page.

  • Connect a domain by entering it and adding a favicon (the small logo that appears in the browser tab).
  • Put the store in test mode to test it later.
  • Click Save.

  • You need to edit four of the five pages to add your logo.
  • Start with the first page and add your logo:
    • Scroll down on the right-hand side and upload your logo.
    • Remove placeholder images.
    • Adjust the search bar and other elements as needed.
    • Save the page.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining pages (product list, cart, and thank you page).

6. Finalizing and Publishing the Store

  • After editing all pages, publish the entire site.
  • Check the mobile view to ensure it looks good on all devices.
  • Go through each page in both desktop and mobile views to verify the layout.
  • Test the checkout process to ensure everything functions correctly.

7. Testing the Store

  • Go to the Products list and open the store to view the product details.
  • Test adding products to the cart and proceeding to checkout.
  • Ensure the payment integration works correctly.
  • Finalize the setup by switching from test mode to live mode.
