1. Connect Your Payment Processor

First things first—you’ll need a way to collect payments.

  • From your Gym Lead Machine dashboard, head over to Payments.
  • Click on Integrations in the left menu.
  • Choose your preferred payment option (Stripe is most common).
  • If you don’t already have a Stripe account, follow the steps to create one. If you do, just log in and connect it.

2. Add Products to Sell

Now let’s add the stuff you want to sell.

  • In the Payments section, click Products.
  • Hit Create Product.
  • Add a product name (like "Water Bottle").
  • Upload a product image.
  • Set the price.
  • Click Save.

Repeat these steps for each product you want to offer—like shirts, hats, or supplements.

3. Create Your Store

Time to build your store!

  • Go to Sites in the main menu.
  • Click the Stores tab at the top.
  • Hit the blue + Store button.
  • Give your store a name (e.g., “Unbeaten Fitness Store”).

Your store will automatically come with all the necessary pages—product list, checkout, thank you page, and more.

4. Connect Your Domain + Customize

Make your store feel like it’s really yours.

  • Add your store’s domain and upload a favicon (that tiny logo in the browser tab).
  • You can also put your store in “test mode” to check everything before going live.
  • Don’t forget to click Save!

5. Personalize Your Store Pages

Let’s add your branding.

  • Edit each of the main store pages (like the homepage, product list, cart, and thank you page).
  • Upload your logo, remove placeholder images, and tweak things like the search bar to match your brand.
  • Save each page after editing.

6. Publish Your Store

Once everything looks good:

  • Hit Publish to make your store live.
  • Double-check how it looks on mobile and desktop.
  • Go through each page to make sure everything lines up and flows nicely.

7. Test the Checkout Process

Before you start sharing your store with the world:

  • Preview your store by opening the Products tab and clicking Preview Link.
  • Try adding items to the cart and go through the checkout steps.
  • Make sure the payment works and everything runs smoothly.
  • When you’re ready, flip it from test mode to live mode.
