Your GLM account is pre-loaded with 1200 SMS segments per month cycle (the start date will depend on your subscription start date). Your account will be automatically topped up and charged accordingly for any additional segments.

A segment consists of 160 alphanumeric characters. You can check the number of segments any given message uses with this calculator tool provided by Twilio. Please contact support on hello@usekilo.com for your unique link to check your SMS segment balance.

Calculating Your Drip Settings

We recommend using the following prompt to ask your AI tool to calculate your desired Drip Campaign settings:

I want to send a text message out in <BATCH FREQUENCY> batches to <TOTAL NUMBER OF LEADS> people, spread over a period of <TOTAL TIME>, between the hours of <BUSINESS HOURS>, on <DAYS PER WEEK>. How many messages should I send per <BATCH FREQUENCY>?

For example;

I want to send a text message out in hourly batches to 568 people, spread over a period of 10 days, between the hours of 10am and 7pm, on Monday-Saturday. How many messages should I send per hour?


SMS Terms and Conditions

Note: For Clients who purchase a package of Services that includes 1200 SMS segments per month, the following additional terms apply:

      • Accounts located in North America will be auto-charged $10 per 500 additional messages when the monthly limit is exceeded.
      • Accounts located outside North America will be charged $20 per 500 additional messages when the monthly limit is exceeded.
      • Additional messages do not roll over, and accounts will be reset to 1200 at the beginning of each monthly period.
      • Clients located outside North America may provide their own Twilio. Clients who provide their own Twilio account will be responsible for all Twilio costs.
