Google Calendar Sync in Kilo

Kilo GMS offers a simple Google Calendar integration. The purpose is to send booked sessions to the Google calendar of any Staff member who opts to utilize the integration.

Important Notes:

  1. A "Staff" profile is needed to integrate a calendar.
  2. GLM appointments will not show on the Kilo calendar as the integration works only to sent Kilo events out to the integrated Google Calendar.

This integration will push Appointments and Classes booked in Kilo out to the Google calendar which the Staff member has opted to integrate.

The Staff member's Google calendar will acknowledge the event originating from Kilo as busy.

Therefore, availability in any platforms linked to the same Google Calendar, including Gym Lead Machine, will be closed as the Staff member will be "busy" per their Google Calendar events.

To connect your Google Calendar in Kilo

  1. Go to left hand corner, click on your name.
  2. Click Account Details.
  3. Scroll down to "Integrate your calendar to Google Calendar" and click "Connect Google Calendar."
  4. Choose Google calendar you wish to integrate.
