Recognizing GLM Calls via Caller ID

If you’ve ever wished that your mobile phone’s caller ID could tell you when calls are being forwarded from your GLM phone number - it can! 

By default, the system transmits the number of the caller to your phone’s ID. However, if you prefer the caller ID to show the number that the caller dialed instead (your GLM-connected phone number), we can assist you in activating this feature. 

1. To start, save your GLM-connected phone number in your Contacts however you want it to appear on the screen (i.e. Gym Lead Machine). 
2. Then, reach out to our Support team at hello@usekilo.com and request the “Pass call number as Caller ID” setting be turned on in your account. 

Once this setting is enabled, you will see “Gym Lead Machine,” or your chosen contact name, each time a contact calls your GLM line and the number is forwarded to your phone.
