Prorate Initial Monthly Payment in Kilo

Proration is needed when selling monthly packages that, typically, bill on the first of the month. Since these memberships can be sold at any time, the initial invoice and credit dispensation need to be less to account for a shorter package length (sale date through month's end). Then, typical billing will begin on the 1st of the upcoming month.

Kilo's proration feature allows for this type of billing flexibility.
