How to Call Leads in Gym Lead Machine

  • Find the Lead You Want to Call.
    • Use the search bar to quickly locate your lead by name, phone number, or email.
    • From your dashboard, navigate to Conversations, Contacts, or Opportunities (depending on where its easiest to locate your lead).
  • Click on the Lead’s Profile.
    • This will open a detailed view of the lead’s information.

  • Initiate the Call.
    • Click the Phone Icon next to the lead’s phone number, or click “Call” on their profile page.
    • Gym Lead Machine will use your connected phone system to place the call.

  • Speak with Your Lead and Add Notes During or After the Call.
    • Use the Notes Section on the lead’s profile to jot down key information about the conversation (e.g., goals, concerns, next steps).



How to Track Calls Using Call Reporting

Gym Lead Machine’s Call Reporting feature helps you monitor how many calls your team makes, the outcome of those calls, and their effectiveness. Here’s how to track and review calls:

  • View Call Activity in the Lead Profile:
    • Each call you make will automatically log under the lead’s profile.

    • You can even filter by calls only.

  • Review Call Metrics in Reports:
    • Navigate to Reports > Call Tracking to see team performance over time.

    • You’ll be able to track:
      • Number of calls made
      • Call duration
      • Answer rate
      • Conversion rate (how many calls led to appointments or enrollments)
