This guide will walk you through the steps to automatically send an email to your entire contact list whenever you publish a blog post.

Step 1: Create Your Email Template

  1. Go to Marketing: Navigate to the Marketing section in your system.
  2. Create a New Email:
    • Click on New and select the Design Editor.
  3. Design the Email:
    • Add a Header Image: Insert an image at the top of the email for a professional look.
    • Include an RSS Items Block: Drag and drop the "RSS Items" block into the template. This block will pull content directly from your blog's RSS feed.
    • Add a Footer: Insert your pre-designed footer to ensure compliance with email standards.

Step 2: Set Up the RSS Feed

  1. Locate Your RSS Feed:
    • Go to your website.
    • Add /feed to your URL (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/feed ).
    • Copy this URL. It serves as the trigger for your automated email.
  2. Configure the RSS Items Block:
    • Paste the RSS feed URL into the designated field within the email template.

Step 3: Schedule the Email Campaign

  1. Save the Email Template: After designing the email, save your work.
  2. Schedule the Campaign:
    • Select RSS Schedule.
    • Enter the RSS feed URL you copied earlier.
  3. Set Timing:
    • Choose a schedule frequency (e.g., every day at 10 AM).
    • Specify the sender email (e.g., contact@unbeatenfitness.com ).
    • Add the sender name (optional).
  4. Write the Subject Line:
    • Example: "Check Out Our New Blog Post!"
  5. Choose Recipients:
    • Select your entire contact list or a specific segment, depending on your preference.

Step 4: Activate the Campaign

  1. Review all details: Ensure everything is set correctly—template, schedule, sender information, and recipient list.
  2. Activate the campaign: Once activated, emails will automatically send to your contact list whenever the RSS feed updates.

By following these steps, your email system will seamlessly notify your contacts every time you publish a blog post.
