New Automation Triggers - Payment Method Updated and Unsigned Document Notifications

Kilo's Automation Flow Builder just picked up two new triggers for keeping tabs on payment methods and unsigned documents — the Payment Method Updated trigger and the Unsigned Document Reminder trigger.

What You Can Do with These Updates

• Get notified when an athlete's payment method is added or updated
• Send an automatic reminder when a document goes unsigned

Can I get notified when an athlete adds or updates a payment method?

Yes — the Payment Method Updated trigger fires whenever an athlete adds a new payment method or updates an existing one. This is useful for keeping staff in the loop on billing changes without having to check each athlete's profile manually.

Can I send an automatic reminder for unsigned documents?

Yes — the Unsigned Document Reminder trigger fires when a document has been created but remains unsigned after a number of days you choose. Set the number of days when you configure the trigger, and the flow will fire automatically once that window passes for any unsigned document.
